Neon Maxi

while shopping for the spring concert attire at justice. she had originally chose this tank for the concert, then found the "bright" one. i usually let her pick one summer outfit from this store, which is where this maxi skirt ended up in our shopping bag. the sandals are from tcp last year. i dont want to stock up on neon colors since it comes and go in and out of style.
