completely forgot it was 9-11, otherwise i wouldve have picked out a red-white-blue patriotic outfit. instead a cold shoulder tank. dont worry it passes the 2-finger rule shoulder rule not to get dress coded at school. think i got this at nordstrom rack, where one her friends found it at ross. want to hear a funny story? i was trying on a cold shoulder blouse for the first time. i couldnt figure out the sleeves and my arms went right through the hole, leaving it hanging under my arm. so ariana wore this top when we went to the mall. she did the same thing - wearing it like it was a ruffle around the tank, not knowing it was a cold shoulder. luckily she went to try on clothes and realized it.
