from a shrimp sushi to soy sauce. theres actually a story to this. her friend was cracking up about a raccoon video on youtube. ariana had spilled her soy sauce on her pants during lunch; hence the nickname "soy sauce". i think theres another character playing a flute too. this costume was so much easier to create than making a stuffed shrimp pillow, wrapped around with a roll of dark green felt. carrying around a shrimp squishable is probably the closest thing to that idea. ariana knows how to google a logo image to upload directly into the cricut machine. i chose the ariel font matching a bottle of soy sauce next to the computer. put gold foil iron-on a dress that she was about to grow out of. a red petti skirt from her little girl dressing up days gave the flare of the bottle. originally i wanted a red doggie bowl turned upside down for the hat, being the cap is plastic. but who would want to wear that - so the red beret from paris hotel las vegas it is, pinning down the little center tab. side bun with chopsticks.
